Crisis Communication Among Co-Workers

When I think about crisis communication I think of the crisis being a conflict among co-workers. Thinking about the concept of spotting the problem in the early stage, then creating a plan and demolishing the problem reminds me of what should be done when a conflict arises. If there becomes a conflict or difference in opinion between co-workers, another co-worker outside of the conflict that spots the problem then helps the two co-workers figure out how to resolve it, and then the problem is demolished.
