Neutrality and Empathy Discussion

My group's discussion points:

Neutrality can appear as not caring about what someone has to say, while empathy appears as caring and understanding of what someone has to say.

Someone with neutrality does not help when trying to resolve conflict, but if someone has empathy they will have an opinion and empathize with the person they think is right.

An empathetic person can come off as approachable, welcoming, respectful while a neutral person can come off as negative, closed off, uncaring, and emotionless.

Body language can show if a person is empathetic or neutral. If someone is empathetic they usually have good facial expressions, they smile, stand up straight, and are confident. If someone is neutral they usually slouch, have no facial expressions, and have no eye contact.
